It can help you gain awareness of the patterns and habits in your daily life that cause pain and unbalance, from your career, your relationships and/or your health.Each session is designed specifically for you and will focus on exercises for your body type, taking into consideration your personal health and goals.

If you are a beginner, it is a great way to learn the basics and proper alignment. If you are an intermediate or advanced practitioner, private sessions are the perfect opportunity to take your practice a step further and work on your personal needs.
