Why include yoga in your company? 

When we are healthy, we are better able to face challenges and give our best. Offering yoga within your company helps improve the quality of life, health, and productivity of your employees, which directly and positively impacts your company.

Yoga is the only form of exercise known to increase energy and decrease fatigue, improve memory, focus, concentration and breath capacity, whilst also reducing stress and anxiety, commonly referred to as ‘burn out’. Even one yoga session a week can bring about noticeable changes in employee behaviour, helping them to manage stress better, think with greater clarity and creativity, communicate more effectively, and demonstrate improved leadership and teamwork skills, increasing the overall effectiveness in the workplace!

I offer a safe and detailed approach for all ability-levels and body types, with each class custom-designed to meet the needs of all of your employees.


Where?

A yoga program can be conducted in just about any space, such as a conference room or an empty lunchroom. This yoga program can also be offered at CBS De Hoeksteen, Kuidentuin 6A Barendrecht. The dates of these sessions will be available soon.

How to inform your employees?

I will provide you with everything your employees need to know about your yoga program. You can choose to inform them yourself via your company newsletter or communications or, if you prefer, I can email them directly. 

How long does it take to see the benefits of yoga?

You will probably feel some positive effects after the very first session, but all staff members who start this yoga program are encouraged to commit to it for at least one month in order to see and feel the real benefits.


Program Details

We offer a range of practices and packages, from gentle, meditative and therapeutic to energetic and active, with classes usually 70 minutes in duration. Sessions normally start with a 10-minute introduction to breathing techniques, which are essential to calming stress and alleviating anxiety. This is followed by a 1-hour physical practice with detailed instruction, guiding the attendees through a variety of postures, and ending with the resting posture, savasana. Relaxing music and aromatherapy will be used during the class, with all yoga mats and props provided. An Introduction to Yoga for Beginners is also available upon request. 

With a variety of offerings available, and all details flexible to suit your company’s needs, we can quickly create a package that is the most appropriate program for you and your staff.

Payment Options and Costs:

  • Company-sponsored: Company pays 100% of the fees. (This is the best option to ensure program continuity and staff commitment)

  • Co-pay: Company and individual employees share the program fees at a ratio determined by you.

  • €125 One Time Yoga Class. 

    Style of yoga or class type is chosen by the hosting company. 

  • €95 Per Class Package (minimum two classes within one month).

    Hosting company may choose the style of yoga or class type and set the schedule.

  •  €85 Per Class Package (minimum five classes within four months).

    Hosting company may choose the style of yoga or class type and set the schedule.
