It manifests itself in both psychological, emotional and physical ways, but despite it’s deeply impacting effects, there are many ways to find relief.
Starting with a gentle flow yoga practice including myofascial release to help you pause, relax, release tightness, deep rooted tensions and stresses stored in your physical, mental, and emotional body. Myofascial release is a technique that involves applying gentle pressure on to the myofascial connective tissue restrictions, knots in the body, in order to reduce or eliminate pain and restore motion.
We combine the pressure of therapy balls with yoga poses to help balance the flow of energy, chi. During this session, we will also focus on the meridians.
Enjoy in between from the special place what DE BARN shares with us this day and delicious healthy snacks.
We will finish with a Yin & Restorative yoga session harmonized by Martina van der Veer with
Vocal Sound Healing and a guided meditation to help you to fully relax and let go. Closing with the introduction of Trauma Release Exercises, or TREs can help you relax deeply and reduce your overall stress levels.
