Also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques, was created by Gary Craig from California. It’s a holistic healing technique that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine and behavioral therapy. It involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while saying specific phrases out loud in a meditative way that focus on addressing specific emotional issues. As you use EFT, stuck emotions free from your mind and body’s natural energy system reducing stress and imbalances.
EFT helps with achieving your goals and dreams by addressing and releasing emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging patterns. It helps to reprogram the subconscious mind by replacing negative thought patterns with positive ones, creating a mindset of abundance, balance, confidence, and success.
Evidence Based EFT is a brief psychophysiological intervention combining elements of exposure, cognitive therapy, and somatic stimulation.
It is often referred to as ‘Tapping’ as it uses a two finger tapping process with a cognitive statement. EFT has been researched in more than 10 countries, by more than 60 investigators, whose results have been published in more than 100 different journal articles.
KARLA will lead you through a Yin Yoga practice focusing on the element of metal. We will work with our physical bodies, moving through gentle, passive poses using stillness and mindfulness meditation to explore our mental and emotional landscape. The practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension. One of the unique aspects of Yin yoga is its incorporation of the energetic lines of the body, known as meridians also referred to as an ‘energetic highway’. Yin yoga is a practice suitable for all.
Combining the powerful healing modality of EFT Tapping (emotional freedom techniques) with Yin yoga session can help liberate you from limiting beliefs, traumatic events (past & present) negative thought patterns, stress and anxiety.
