We will begin the experience drinking a nourishing and delicious raw cacao elixir that will open our hearts and assist us in making a connection with the self. Karla will follow with a soothing yin yoga practice accompanied by live sounds from beautiful alchemy singing bowls played by Rene. This will allow us to fully release and let go & open the body to heal.
This program is uniquely crafted to align and balance your energy centers. Explore the profound power of your Chakras through focused breathing practices, sacred mudras, and meditative yogic postures. Karla & René will guide you through by first opening the heart Chakra- the bridge between lower & upper Chakras.
In the Heart opening we use Ceremonial Cacao. A powerful ritual to connect to the heart and Earth element. You will learn to incorporate these ancient practices into your daily routine, enhancing awareness and connection to your energy centers. Engage in a series of meditative yogic postures uniquely designed for each Chakra.

Practicalities:
*Yoga mats & props are available at studio but please bring a towel or blanket to lay over mat. * It is recommended to have a light snack as breakfast so the effects of the Cacao can be felt.
* This workshop encourages all to open the heart, sometimes emotional blockages are opened and we respect and hold space for all when required.
* A light snack will be available at the end of the workshop and for sure some tea & water will always be available during experience.
